EXPERIENCED CABINET MAKER - MANUFACTURING -  ONEHUNGA

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our busy team. We specialize in Designer Furniture and Kitchen Cabinets and we take pride in the quality and range of our work.

The successful applicant will be joining a company with a skilled team of tradesmen, a family/friendly working environment and a workload with lots of variety to keep you challenged.

We are looking for someone who can work to plans, has a high standard of workmanship, attention to detail, and is able to work independently or as a team to meet deadlines. You must be fit, reliable and motivated.

Details:

  • Full Time - Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm. 

  • Location: Onehunga, Auckland

  • Start Date: On availability

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Cabinet Maker

  • Previous experience in Furniture or Kitchen Manufacturing.

  • Good customer service and willing to go above and beyond.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and independent.

  • High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Manufacturing.

  • Furniture Manufacturing.

  • Training young apprentice cabinet makers.

APPRENTICE CABINET MAKER  - MANUFACTURING -  ONEHUNGA

A great career opportunity exists within our established, energetic company. We are looking for a young apprentice to join our team based in our Auckland Workshop. We offer a wide variety of interesting work as our business consists of designing and manufacturing furniture and kitchens.

Details:

  • Full Time - Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm. 

  • Location: Onehunga, Auckland

  • Start Date: Immediate

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Cabinet Maker

  • Be hardworking and not afraid to get your hands dirty

  • Be honest and reliable and enjoy physical work as the job involves a lot of lifting

  • Be willing and motivated to learn

  • Be punctual with good time management skills

  • Self motivated and also work well with others

  • No criminal convictions

  • An eye for details and good with numbers

  • Good customer service and willing to go above and beyond.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and independent.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen and/or Furniture Manufacturing.

  • Delivery of furniture and kitchen cabinets.

  • Assisting our qualified joiners

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace

  • Making cabinetry with the use of various machinery including but not limited to a dimension saw, edge banding machine, power tools, etc

  • Any other tasks as required

PART TIME SALES CONSULTANT - PONSONBY

We are currently on the look out for fresh talent to join our team in Ponsonby.

Details:

  • Part Time

  • Location: Ponsonby, Auckland

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous retail experience in Furniture, Homewares or Fashion.

  • Passion for Furniture, Homewares, Interiors and/or Fashion.

  • Motivated to become a Designer in Furniture, Homewares, Kitchens or Fashion.

  • Competent on the Computer and able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Gmail.

  • Customer focused and willing to go above and beyond.

  • Sales focused.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently. 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Service

  • Furniture and Kitchen Design (Quoting, Consulting and Designing) - We provide the training here.

  • General Admin Duties

  • Assistance to Kitchen Designers and Project Managers
