ORDERS & SHIPPING

SECTION 1 - ORDER TIMING 

Homeware items are dispatched Monday to Friday during normal business hours.  Please note any orders placed on a Public Holiday will be send out within the next two business days. 
 
The exception to this is Christmas time.  We fit in around our suppliers and our couriers and there can be further delays around the festive season.  

Furniture is made to order. Production time varies for each Furniture item. Most items are made-to-order within a 2-6 week time frame. If you have a urgent project, please contact us at hello@moodstore.co.nz and we can see what we do to make it work.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING

Homeware orders are couriered. We hold no responsibility for lost packages or failed deliveries to the address of the recipient. A tracking number is issued to every customer with purchase. 

Furniture orders are couriered, freighted on a truck or personally delivered in our van. 

Shipping costs vary per item. You can find out shipping costs by adding products to the cart and before proceeding to payment, it will automatically calculate this for you.

For furniture orders, please contact us if your address is rural as our standard shipping rates are for non rural addresses. 

SECTION 3 - COLLECTIONS

Yes, we allow pick up of Homewares from our store in Ponsonby, Auckland, NZ. Collection of Furniture items will be from our warehouse in Onehunga, Auckland, NZ. Please select the Click & Collect option on check out and one of our team members will be in touch with available collection times.
